results-driven B2B Lead Generation Agents to join our team in North Sydney.
As a B2B Lead Generation agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to
existing customers who have expressed interest in our client and their
offers. Your key responsibilities will include lead generation, building
relationships with potential opportunities, qualifying prospects based on
key criteria, and following up on inquiries through telephone, email, and
social channels. Additionally, you will be involved in data entry tasks to
ensure accurate record keeping as well as event registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers who have shown interest in our client and their offerings.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Event Registration
- Qualify prospects based on key criteria and assess their suitability for our client's products/services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and effectively using various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead status through data entry.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in English to engage in business-level discussions with local customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized to achieve lead generation goals.
- Experience in an outbound contact center role is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written English skills at a business level.
