McCorkell organised the Indeed Future Works event in Sydney 2025, building on the success of the 2024 Melbourne and 2023 Singapore events. This edition brought together industry leaders to explore the future of work, focusing on technology’s impact, workplace inclusivity, and building resilient teams.

A key part of the event’s success was adapting Indeed’s global master brand guidelines to the Australian market. We took the brand’s core messaging and visual identity and made it resonate with local sensibilities. The theme of "Simpler. Better. Faster. Stronger," inspired by the iconic Daft Punk song, was woven throughout the event’s design and atmosphere, emphasising progress, efficiency, and empowerment.

The venue and overall event aesthetics reflected this dynamic theme, with bold visuals and interactive elements keeping the event fast-paced and engaging. Live polling and Q&A sessions encouraged real-time participation, while live activations ensured a more hands-on experience for attendees.

A highlight of the event was the appearance of Greg Page, the Yellow Wiggle, as a speaker. His unique insights on leadership and adaptability were well-received, bringing a fun and refreshing energy to the discussions. His session added a memorable touch to the event, resonating with both industry professionals and attendees alike.
